Hi, my name is James M Fann.  I too, for years, endured 40-60 work weeks, 3 hours of traffic per day, countless hours away from my family, work related stress, cuts in salary and a multitude of other strains that come with simply having a J-O-B.  We all have heard it “Just Over Broke.”  Yet, this still rings true today.  Most employees are simply 2 paychecks away from being homeless… simply look at the past 3 years as evidence.  We have had record high unemployment rates which in turn have caused record high home foreclosures and bankruptcies.  I say all this to say, I had enough!  So, 7 years ago, my Wife and I finally made our minds up that we would no longer be full-time employees and part-time entrepreneurs, but that we would work just as hard on our business as we did for our employer.  7 years and multiple business ventures later, here we are – debt free, stress free and completely full of joy and peace.  So, I decided to create this website to share with others how we did it.  I quickly realized that it is not about individual success alone (that get’s quit lonely and unfulfilled).  However, true purpose fulfilled, at least for me, comes through being significant.  Success = my individual accomplishments, but Significance = the successes of countless others that I have helped.  So, my wife Stacey and I have been blessed and we honestly feel that we were blessed in order to bless others.  So, I hope you find the content and teachings valuable.  Remember, the only person that can ultimately stop you from living the life you desire is you.  Deuteronomy 8:18 reads, “God has giving us the ability to obtain wealth, as He swore unto our fathers, as it is this day.”   We have the ability, we simply need good counsel and a decided heart to see it through.  I would like to serve as the “Good Counsel” but you have to make up in your mind that you will ultimately see it through.

I have the distinct privledge of knowing James as the sought after Entrepreneur and the lovable husband, dad and friend that he is to our family. James can do (and most of the time does) whatever he chooses to do. He has a rare ability to visualize the finished product before he even begins putting his plan to action. He has encouraged me to pursue my dreams as a Actress and Author and continually pushes me to conquer all my life’s goals. Yet, it’s my husband’s total faith in God that has laid the foundation upon which he builds daily. He loves the Lord, he loves his family and he loves to help others achieve their goals. He often says he does not wake up to go to a job, but he wakes up to life and he lives it to the fullest every single day. He inspires his sons so much so, that the only thing they want to be when they grow up is Daddy.
